What led you to join SecuriCare?

I joined SecuriCare back in March 2023. Having an academic background in Nursing Professions, along with a passion for people and SecuriCare enticed me with their ethos and revolutionary approach to the industry, I felt Intrigues with the environment. Followed by the employees attitudes towards the company along with the patient's views, it made me realise I made a wise choice.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The routine and structure. I thrive in a routinely professional structure. Knowing what to expect and how I can best perform my role brings me a great deal of satisfaction. I also deeply appreciate the respect I receive towards my mental health which facilitates and contributes the best outcome in my role.

What's a typical working day like for you?

A typical day involves a lot of supportive tasks for our more patient focused roles. As a patient support specialist, I process prescriptions, manage orders, and all sorts of outbound calls. I have a well-balanced role between customer service and administrative tasks which is exactly what I wanted.

What do you get up to in your spare time?

In between painting and reading I like to go for walks and play with my cat. I have a vast range of interests, so my free time activities change according to my mood. I also run a shop of my own, creating products around some of my passions— literature, gothic romance and stationery. Otherwise, you can find me endeavouring in a new hobby like wood burning, book binding, or learning a new language. Between all that I also manage to volunteer and write for publishers and magazines
as a book reviewer!
