Nathan shares his experience with returning to work after stoma surgery back in 2008. Thanks to a few adjustments, he was able to settle back in to working life and progress within the workplace.

Aleesha was just 18 when she had emergency surgery to form her ileostomy. Although she will be forever grateful for how it saved her life, here she shares a little about the shock of visiting her consultant for Ulcerative Colitis then waking up from surgery with a stoma.
